Simon!
I had a very exciting few days last week that included meeting someone special, an interview, endless preparations, calls & texts & emails, and finally on Friday, I brought home my new dog!
Simon (full name: Simon Cool Ziggy Hayward Ossandon as named by my two little ones) is a two year old black retriever that came to us from our amazing local humane society.
We’re thrilled!
We have a cat, Tut, but after our other cat, Baya, passed away earlier this year, we were really looking forward to welcoming a new pet into our home.
So today my question is about pets and other animals (whether friend or foe).
Do animals inspire your art?

I recently watched an interesting conversation happen on twitter regarding role models. It’s not a new debate to argue where an artists responsibilities lie and where we can (or should) draw the line.
But what are your thoughts?
Should artists / musicians / actors / writers be role models?

Hello!
Welcome back! I hope you had wonderful holidays and an amazing new year. We’re still working on our big relaunch, but we wanted to get our lists started as soon as possible.
There will be a few changes to our lists this year:
1) I’ll be taking over the lists as Ryan is taking over more of CAC’s business duties.
2) I’ll now be doing the job lists EVERY WEEKDAY. It will be a lot of work, especially with the added features we’re introducing, but I’m going to try my best.
3) The calls for submissions & auditions lists will continue to be weekly, but will now be on the site every Monday.
We hope you find these changes useful and be sure to check back tomorrow and every weekday for our lists!
To start you off, there are 108 jobs on today’s list.
