Stained Glass Window - ba1969

I hope you all had a wonderful weekend. I managed to spend time with family, go on a mini road-trip, and get LOTS of CAC work done.

Did you head to a cottage or take a trip? Spend some time with family? Perhaps attend an event? Maybe work on some of your art or projects?

My question today is…

How did you spend the long weekend? Did you do anything artistic or creative?

I’d love to hear what you were up to in the comments below (or share over Twitter & Facebook) and be sure to take a look at the long list of job opportunities below.

Remember to also check out today’s list of calls for submissions & auditions which will be up right after this post.

Have a wonderful day!

This weekend I found myself contemplating a move and although I’m not sure if/where/when it will happen, it had me thinking about the flexibility of my current job and lifestyle. If I wanted to, I could relocate to practically anywhere in the country (or beyond, I suppose).

So today my question is…

Why do you live/work where you do?

I’d be really interested to read your answers in the comments below (perhaps you can help me make up my mind on whether to stay, go, and where that might be). And be sure to take a look at the great list of opportunities on today’s list.

Have a wonderful day!

Yay! We’re back! Thanks to the amazing help of Beth Smith (indienorth.com, loungeofcommerce.com) and the wonderful CAC community, Canada Arts Connect is not only back but now has it’s very own gorgeous website.

Beth has done an amazing job of recreating the old site to give this new one a familiar look and feel. Make sure to take a look around!

The job lists will be back daily. The first will be posted today, so get ready!

If you follow CAC on an RSS feed, please make sure to update your feed reader to the new site.

If you have the site bookmarked, please update your bookmark.

Also, please be sure to tell everyone you know about the new CAC!
