Have you found a job? Won an award? Been published? Made a sale? Landed a project? Have some other awesome art-related achievement?
Let us know about your successes!
my installation for Art of the Danforth in Toronto was so successful RM Vaughn of The Globe and Mail decided to feature it – link.
We introduced the Victoria Ballerina Project this year and in July we launched the project’s new website: http://VictoriaBallerinaProject.com.
This is an ongoing project featuring new artistic photography of models who are professional ballerinas. Our Facebook page is https://www.facebook.com/victoriaballerinaproject
I launched a magazine last year, Interlake Arts, Life & Leisure Magazine. It’s a general readership publication that tells in-depth stories about Interlake people and places. It has a strong arts focus, as well as featuring the history of the region.
I do a lot of the photography and writing in it and all the layout and design, plus marketing.
I found an ad online for a submission call in my city. My work was accepted into an art show and I got to display this piece as well as recieved an hundred dollar cheque for doing so:D
