CAC Updates
Weekly Round-Ups
Summer at Canada Arts Connect
summer branch

Hello, CAC friends!

We’re well on our way into summer now and for the first time in quite a while I’ve decided to take a little break. As many indie creative professionals know, it can be difficult to step away, but necessary.

I’ll still be around checking things out and taking care of listings, but won’t be actively updating.

So, until I’m back near the end of summer, be sure to keep clicking around the website and pop over to Canada Arts Connect Magazine for some artistic advice, inspiration, interviews, reviews, and more.

I hope you’re enjoying summer, friends!

New Weekly Round-Ups from Around Canada Arts Connect
start art

We’re changing a few things around Canada Arts Connect and one of those things is this blog section. We’ll now be using it for our “Weekly Round-Up” which will include the latest listings from that week as well as the latest posts from Canada Arts Connect Magazine (which is also going through a major change).

We’ll be starting the weekly round-ups next Friday, so be sure to check for it here. OR, sign up for our weekly eNewsletter so you don’t miss a thing!

If you’re looking for the listings, they can now be found here (jobs, internships, volunteers, auditions, calls for submissions, space for rent, workshops/courses/webinars, events).

We’re Launching a Weekly (Short & Sweet) eNewsletter with the Opportunities You Want to See!
eNewsletter - wide

We’re changing up our eNewsletter here at Canada Arts Connect!

We’ve noticed that when we send out our eNewsletter each month, some listings have already expired (being that they only stay open for a week or two). We don’t want you to miss ANY of the opportunities that are listed on CAC, so we’ve decided to start sending our eNewsletter out weekly.

It will be smaller, so that our readers won’t be overwhelmed. Just a quick read so that you’ll be able to scan the latest offerings that have popped up around CAC.

Happy Holidays and Season’s Greetings from Canada Arts Connect!
by jan willemby jan willem

Hello, CAC friends!

It’s a busy time of year around here as we get ready for Christmas and the New Year. We’re also in the middle of a big move and because of this, things might be a little quieter around here than usual, but we’ll be buzzing again in the New Year (January 6th).

We hope you’re enjoying the colder weather and seasonal cheer and we look forward to connecting with you in 2014!

Happy Holidays!

Happy 5th Anniversary to Canada Arts Connect!
Happy 5th Anniversary

Happy 5th Anniversary

March marks the 5th anniversary of Canada Arts Connect! Woo!

Although we’re a little too busy to have a party to celebrate this year (perhaps next year or for our 10th we’ll throw a big bash!), I would still like to thank each and every one of you that has supported CAC along the way! It has been a tough road, but we’ve come so very far in our first five years and I’m incredibly excited about what’s ahead.

To those of you who have been with me since the beginning and to those who have just discovered us, THANK YOU from the entire Canada Arts Connect team!

If you’d like to find out more about how Canada Arts Connect started, be sure to check out The Story of Canada Arts Connect that I’ve recently popped up here.

As always, it has been and continues to be wonderful to connect with you!

Welcome to 2013, from Canada Arts Connect!
happy new year

Happy New Year, CAC friends!

We’re expecting big things for 2013. It’s our 5 year anniversary in March, which is reason enough to celebrate, but we also have big plans for CAC’s continued growth and development this year. We’re excited to share each and every step with you as the months roll along.

As always, thank you so much for the support and we’d love to continue to hear from you when it comes to what you’d like to see.

So let’s make 2013 an incredible year!
