LAKESIDE CHURCH INTERNSHIP PROGRAM
JOB DESCRIPTION – VIDEO PRODUCTION INTERN
PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION
· To create video/media content for Lakeside’s weekend services
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assisting with aspects of pre-production including:
· Input into Project planning by attending Creative and Planning meetings
· Location scouting
· Storyboarding
· Video Equipment preparation & up-keep
Leading video production including:
· Videography using Panasonic P2HD, Canon XL2 or other cameras like iPhone etc.
· On-set lighting & Audio
· Will be asked to film on-location (Guelph and area, as well as Lakeside events)
Leading post-production including:
· Editing in Final Cut Pro
· Capturing and Processing Footage
· Colour Correcting and Audio Correcting
· Motion Graphics in After Effects
Skill and experience with the following a plus:
· Final Cut Studio
· Canon // Panasonic Camcorders
· After Effects
SUPERVISOR: Director of Creative Arts – Chris Deeves
POSITION: Internship
MINISTRY: Creative Arts/Video Production
HOURS/SCHEDULE: 40 hrs/week with a 1 yr. min Internship
PAY: Start at $10,000/ yr
