  1. Your job advertisements favour Ontario with hardly any postings for Vancouver Island!

  2. Hi there,

We don’t favour any one area over others, I can only post the jobs listings that are available. Ontario (and Toronto in particular) consistently has more jobs open in the arts field. I specifically check sites for Vancouver and British Columbia (as well as all other provinces). If they have little or no jobs on a particular day, that’s out of my control.

    Have a great day!

  3. Thanks for featuring my photo! This is also a print that I carry in my Etsy shop that has gone home with a few people for Valentines Day gifts for their sweeties :) http://www.etsy.com/listing/76670409/set-of-two-heart-photography-prints-come

  4. Hi Gillian,

Thanks so much for submitting this pic to the Flickr group. It was absolutely perfect for Valentine’s Day! And I LOVE the print available in your Etsy shop. I might need to pick one up for my sweetheart :) Mind if I ask where the graffiti heart pic is from? Is it the wall by the river in Guelph off of Eramosa?

  5. I check your site regularly and really appreciate the arts jobs listings. I’ve often thought–and I don’t know if this is possible–it would be great to organize the list geographically. I’d love to be able to see all the jobs in, say, Toronto, all clustered together. Just a thought. Keep up the good work!

  6. Hi Dee,

Thanks for dropping by regularly! We definitely appreciate the support of our readers and members.

I group the jobs by category (whatever sort of job they are) and then by location (East Coast to West Coast). I’ve tried different ways of grouping them, but this seems to be the best option overall.

Thanks again for your input! Always happy to hear what our community is thinking.

    Have an amazing day!

  7. Hi Desiree,
Love that you continue to do the job posting.
    You’re great!

  8. Hi Jen,

Thank you so much! The lists are a lot of work, but the appreciation and support definitely makes it worth it.

And I think you’re great too!
