The Guelph Youth Music Centre is a unique facility that educates, enriches and fosters the development of our youth through music and the arts.
The Guelph Youth Music Centre is looking for an energetic and creative Executive Director to lead our organization into the future and to realize its full potential through innovative programing, community partnerships, sound financial management and fostering volunteerism.
The Executive Director reports to the Board of Directors and is responsible for the leadership and operational management of the Guelph Youth Music Centre. In addition, the successful candidate will work with the Board to identify and secure funding sources through corporate and private sponsors, grants, foundations and other fundraising activities. Also, the Executive Director is responsible for the development, planning, implementation and evaluation of youth music and arts programs. Music training and program experience would be an asset.
