CALL FOR SUBMISSIONS: Okanagan Erotic Art Show (Okanagan, British Columbia)

The dates are set for the 2012 Erotic Art Show. This will be the fifth year. Please see the website for access to newspaper articles, and Youtube videos. There is a detailed FAQ as well for any questions you have.
As the popularity of the show continues to rise and the sense of community builds, the cost to enter is remaining at $10 per artwork, maximum three artworks. Deadline of Feb 28 is firm.
Here are the dates:
Call to Artists deadline Feb 28
There will not be a theme
Jurying will be March 5-10 timeframe
p;Artists notified ~March 15
Catalog creation/arrival March 15-May 15
Work to arrive at winery May 13-20 timeframe
Show install Wed May 23
Meet and Greet artists Thursday May 24 (very informal)
Opening Friday May 25 7-10 pm
Show end Thursday June 28
Show takedown Friday June 29
Artwork pickup Saurday June 23- June 29
Artwork shipped out after July 15
Opening Night details:
-300 tickets max
-15$ ticket (in advance), 20$ ticket (at the door)$10 to the charity
-Open cash bar
-Two awards, Winery Choice and People’s Choice – (Value depends upon number of artists who apply)
-Throughout the show it will be general admission by donation to the charity
-Private Room will be present once again for more risque type work
-Commission 30% on sales, so artists, build this in to your price.
