Artistic Directors Farren Timoteo and Jeff Unger would like to invite trained and/or experienced pianists to audition for Alberta Opera’s upcoming touring productions of Hansel and Gretel & Jack and the Beanstalk.
AUDITION
Applicants will be required to prepare a short musical theatre piece, which will be followed by an interview. You may also be asked to sight-read.

THE COMPANY
Hansel and Gretel is an original musical adaptation of the classic fairy tale, book by Farren Timoteo and music composed by Jeff Unger, and is booked for a fall tour of elementary schools in Alberta. Jack and The Beanstalk is an original musical adaptation of the classic fairy tale, book by Garner Butler and music composed by Jeff Unger, and is booked for an extensive tour of elementary schools in Alberta.
